i dont know but i saw in movies that chinese people eat snakes, frog, etc

Yes... you are right... I have seen them eating frog and snakes in discovery channel and I am sure that they may be removing the poision before eating snake.

frog of course if you go in a restaurant you cna see in the menu that ther's frog too Don't know about snake, rat eccecc
