I am not sure if you have an MHMR facility in your state, but if you tell them when you call that you have no insurance they may be able to put you in touch with someone such as your local Public Assistance office that may be able to get you medical insurance so you can seek help. I understand what you are going through, I myself have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder among a few other things. It takes awhile to find the right help but if you stick with it you will.

I know exactly how you feel!!!! I am bipolar with severe anxiety. There is always a way to get help - it just takes time & effort in finding it. If you happen to still be in FL then you should check this site out and see what you can find there - if you are in another state now then just do a search on that state - all states have a site like this that explains how to get the help you need.
www.dcf.state.fl.us/mentalhealth/
Hope this helps and that you find what you need!!!! Feel free to contact me anytime - sometimes just having others to talk to about it can help.

I used to be a receptionist at a counseling agency, and we had interns that people could see for free or for really really cheap. I think most counseling practices have interns, because so many people need to get their hours in before they become a licensed psychologist. I would recommend calling some places and seeing what they can do for you. I will pray for you! I've been there!

I think the most important thing here is to get to a doctor or a hospital where you can get treatment for this. The treatment usually consists of medicine which you take at home, and might take a few days before you start to feel any benefit from it. Perhaps talking to a professional will help get to the root of the problem that is hiding in your subconcious. Then, once you start to feel better, take baby steps until you feel confident to go out to work and help pay the debt. I hope this helps you. But do speak to a doctor. Take care!
