I am under quite a bit of stress lately and not feeling very well. I eat oatmeal, it is supposed to help. What natural things can you eat to help with high cholesterol. Tell me what works for you.

Whole grains are good, as is fresh produce. Try to eliminate (or at least limit) fatty foods, since they will mess with your cholesterol. A visit to the doctor would probably be a good idea, even if you don't want to go on medication. At least you'll know your overall health status and then you can take it from there. You may want to consult with a nutritionist, who will be able to provide you with dietary and exercise recommendations geared toward your preferences and lifestyle. Good luck!
