Have you ever traveled overseas with a young child?

I would love to go overseaas with my family but am daunted by the fact that taking my toddler son could be a disaster on a long flight!

yes i have, i have travelled to egypt with my 22 month old daughter, to paris with both of them and to new york with one aged 5 and one aged 2 years we had no problems at all , everyone gave as much help as we needed and everyone was happy to see us
