High *****Compression**** Win RAR file how to compress ????

few days before i m downloading a video file with the size of 1.6MB ...(.RAR file ) when i m extracting it size is 165MB how this compression is possibe ( nearly 100% )
i need the answer which software supports for this high compression

other software will compress which can convert the file in .rar file

i don't know the name of any software which supports so high rar compression but i know of uharc archiever and kgb archiever which has got very high compression ratios.check them out for yourself
