How to learn english quickly,waiting for your good idea.

Now I gradually found that my english lever is so low,I must learn it well
but how to learn,what to learn,which method should be though,I was confused.
I hope get a penfriend on the mylot,
who can satisfy my wish,thank you

you have to speak daily in english with some one next to you who know good english. if you speak oral only you can develop the englsih.

Are there any schools that teach it near you? I'm sorry I'm not much help.. English is the only language I know.
