Chechnya- Where are the detainees disappearing to?

113 cases have been reported since 1999 of detainees of the Russian federal forces disappearing without a trace! Where are these people that are being detained going? What are your thoughts on the war in Chechnya - The "Dirty War" it has been labelled. Rumours have it that these detainees have been tortured and executed, I would be surprised at all. Is this not terrorism? Why is Bush not sending people to Chechnya? By the way some of these detainees were as young as 13 years old, mainly boys
