What would you do in a zombie invasion?

Realistically, what would you do if zombies attacked us? Say you had 2-3 days warning. Using the supplies you have, what would you do? Realistically, I'd get a wooden plank after hearing about the zombie attack nearby. I'd then climb up this huge pine tree in my back yard, and put the plank near the top as a base. Then, I'd get another plank until I make sort of a tree house. I would then run to my house and get as much food and water as I could, along with a sleeping bag, some rope, and a coat. After putting all of this up there. I'd collect rainwater with it so I can drink when I run out of water. By now, I'm guessing some zombies are going to be near me, so I'd take this big machete from my garage, plus and axe, climb up the tree without them seeing me, then wait. I figure I'd have enough food to survive for at least 90 days up there, as I have at least 15 packs of cereal in my house, and I'm used to eating one meal a day. Not eating has it's good side effects... I think 90 days is enough to be rescued.
