pls tell me wat r the essential steps that is how to register for a paypal,do we want to submit tax info ,& i am a student and a resident from india so what should i do in that tax info form

And you donot have to fill up a tax form
for the paypal account . As you are a
student , you might not have a credit
card . A credit card is essential for
withdrawing the earnings of Mylot site .
At present you can use a credit card of
your elders . The credit card details
should be entered at Paypal site to
verify your paypal account .
