ALL BABIES GET THE MILK, BUT CRYING BABY GETS THE PREFERENCE WHY?

Well the saying is supposed to mean that people in general are supposed to express their opinions and not just hold it on to themselves...Babies cant speak, their only mode of communication is to cry or make some noise...so its hard to say if a baby is hungry or not if the baby doesnt cry....so the crying baby gets the milk first...

I guess we give the crying baby the milk first because A. we want he/she to quit crying. B. We think he/she is more hungry. C. The crying is making us nervous refer back to A. It goes to show that sometimes the loudest does get the most attention.
