What punishment do you want to award the guilties? Innocent man got trapped!

If two persons quarrel a third person comes in between as mediator. Sometime at the hight of their fight, the mediator becomes victim of their fight. Then the fighters stop their fighting with the result they are victimising one innocent man. If you are judge, what punishment do you want to award them?

If I'm a judge,I will punish both of them twice1 one for each other and one for the victim man.. and the penalty of course should be according to the degree of harm and injury.. and the innocent victim should learn that he shouldn't get in the way between two angry people! you know what? in my country there is a saying about this if you translate it will say: the one who comes between two , won't get anything but tearing of his clothes:)
