Gas Prices up and down

I don't understand why it is that at 11pm the gas is one price but then at 6am it's another. For the life of me I don't get it. The gas station didn't get a delivery, they didn't pay less or more for the gas already there so why is the price changing. If anyone could answer this question I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I don't understand it either the other day I heard that the price of gas was down yet the price of gas is still going up. It is nearly $3.00 a gal where I live.
