The PS3 is also ridiculously expensive, doesn't have much insofar as launch titles, has been rushed to production - as proven by the countless recalls and reports of malfunctions that came in less than 24 hours after the PS3 was released - doesn't offer anything new in the way of innovate gameplay, upped the price of games from 50$ a piece to 75$-90$ a piece, and only offers superb graphics if played on an HDTV. Oh, and let's not even get into how Sony shot themselves in the foot with their marketing schemes this time around. Cutting back release units each week until they were offering less than half of what had been promised every store? *After* people had pre-ordered? Yeah, pretty crappy business sense there. Rush out a system that doesn't even actually play games - the most commonly reported problem with the console - and then release only a handful of what has been promised. Who honestly thought that was a good idea? Both other consoles out offer online multiplayer capabilities. Both other consoles offer wireless gameplay. Both other consoles are affordable and offer affordable games. Games that aren't just ports. The Xbox 360 has better graphics, has proved itself to be glitch-free, and has more games. The Wii offers multiplayer online gaming, innovative new gameplay, has no reported glitches and is very affordable. Plus it comes in a bundle - game included, so you don't have to drop an extra half a hundred dollars on a game. Sony can pretty up their system as much as they want, but the truth remains: the PS3 is a shoddy rush job that doesn't deliver what was promised.
