i love altavista!! i use babelfish all the time! mostly just for fun but sometimes to communicate with customers which can be frustrating so what i did do, is write down a few translations to be able to know key frazes to communicate with.

yes i have and i do use it sometimes for searching but i have heared alot latly about you can quite easily pick up bad viruses from its search findings. I never did but i have heared this :)
