What kid of parenting approach do you think is effective to your kids?

Parents operate on different parenting style and kids response differently to different parenting approach. What approach work best for you?

The approach of not shouting and screaming and not making them feel stupid and just being a burden I always have and still do approach my Kids firm but in the decent way by explaining things in a quiet Manner
