Pilates, exercise with a ball

Have you tried pilates, it's good. Rolling around on a ball for strengthning exercises. It works very well for an aching back. Please let me know about your experiences with pilates.

I have heard about Pilates but I never really knew what it did or what the benefits were....

I love it, it is so fun. I preffer martial art, but pilates are good to.

Pilates? I never try it. Is it hard to do? It will be amazing to try it buddy.

I love Pilates workouts! They are great for strengthening your "core" which is why it helps you if you have an aching back. Your stomach muscles are able to stabilize you and relieve the stress on your back. The exercise ball helps even more. I just wish that I could take the Pilates class on the machine. Have you tried that one?
