Is Anyone An Affiliate of NFO?

I've been an affiliate of NFO (mysurvey.com) for quite a few years. I noticed that I can't log in. It says to contact us. I did but got no answer. I called and they said they would investigate it. So far no answers. Also, my friend is having the same problem. Anyone else?
