Is Ayurveda Therapy is the best in medical science?

Ayurveda is Science of Life. Ayurveda Believes in maintainance of health more than treating diseases. Here I dont wanna say that Ayurveda Doesnot treat diseases. But Ayurveda puts more emphasis on health & maintaining the health before treating the disease. If you look at the principles & the philosophy put forth by Ayurveda, more than science it is like Common sense & Logic. So I would say rather than calling Ayurveda ss the best Medical Science, I would say that Ayurveda is the most profound way to live a healthy life.
