why do you need financial help. in many countries basic education is free. do not beg for money.work hard and feedand educate your child. by the way how od is your child. sorry for my comments

There are some organizations in india to help the poor, who want to study. But i don know about foreign.

What school is your son or daughter planning on attending..most time financial aide is availiable to those who qualify. If they have not applied yet for aide they should do so quickly...
