Tattoos

My husband got a few tattoos while he was off on a little holiday/business trip.
I said it was fine, so long as they don't get seen when he is at work (we are self-employed).
He has one on each arm, and one on his lower leg.
They look fantastic.
When he does the same trip at the same time next year, he is thinking about getting some more.

A lot more people seem to be getting tattoos these days BELMCstar, although years ago anyone who had one was thought to be in the military (they get them when overseas and because they are "macho"), bikies, criminals, and wof course any woman who had one obviously had to be of "ill repute". LOL
I do not have any tattoos and will not get one, basically because I am not into the pain scene at all. If others are okay with getting them, that is their own concern, although I understand what you are saying about they being not seen at work, because it could affect your business.

thats great! i want to get tattoo too but the thought that it will be there permanently kinda scared me off. i think your husband got guts to do it and you're right...as long as they dont get seen..it's ok

Tattoos are not as taboo as they used to be BM, hell even I got one ...and that was for my 55th birthday!!lol

Good on him. I waited till I was 41 to get my first tattoo (and probably my last coz I'm a wimp) I thought about it for years and the symbols that I chose really mean something special to me. It is also on my hip so no one has to see it unless I want them to. It is ultimately for me no one else.
