Have You Been Screwed By eBay or Paypal?

Many online business men and women have been "screwed" by PayPal or eBay. I myself had my PayPal account locked through no fault of my own, simply because my site was on the same server as someone else's site that got blocked from PayPal. I am wondering who else here has had eBay or Paypal screw them over, and how?

Once by eBay but mine related to rating and not money. Bid and won item which I paid for and weeks later still chasing seller. Despite emails, phone calls and numerous promises to send, when it didn't arrive I reported seller to eBay.
They couldn't do anything but warn seller. Seller left negative rating for me and eBay refused to remove it.

That must of been so annoying!
That is what puts me off Ebay. It's a great site, but I'm not one for trust.

I certainly didn't appreciate the negative rating not being removed so now I refuse to give anyone a rating until they have left one for me. What was most annoying was the fact that shortly after this happened, like a month, eBay changed the rules so they could delete a negative rating BUT they wouldn't backdate it for me.
