Here is a recipe for those who cannot have sugar in their diets. I am making this for my ex-husband,he is a diabetic. Yes, I am friends with my ex-husband. This took me over 25 years to accomplish, but it finally happened! Enjoy! INGREDIENTS · 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate · 10 tbsp. half & half · 1/2 cup peanut butter (they have low sugar and no sugar kinds available) · 1/2 tsp. vanilla · 18 tsp. artificial sweetener · 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts DIRECTIONS 1. In heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and half and half. Stir in peanut butter. 2. Remove from heat. 3. Add vanilla and artificial sweetener. 4. Fold peanuts into fudge. 5. Spread on a greased plate. 6. Chill. 7. Cut into pieces.

You should check out the other recipes I have posted and maybe try to make one or two. Candy making isn't as hard as most perceive it to be.
