Is Eric Clapton one of the best guitarists in the world

Eric Clapton to me is by far one of the most talented artists that the music world has ever seen, I think the tag "Slow Hand" suits him and i would like to debate the same and see if you guys have any different people who you think are good or even better.

Yes, there is no doubt aht eric clapton is one of the most talented guys around. i dont think anyone plays guitar better than him, Simply marvelous. Thanks for starting this thread,!
