Favorite restuarant

My mother and I will be doing a cross country road trip over winter break and we will obviously be eating out most of the time.
I need some ideas of where we can eat.
What is your favorite place to eat and if its a mom and pop store what city is it in?

cross country from where to where? there are alot of chain restraunts out there but we need to know what places you'll be in for mom and pop places...if your looking for fast food try Culvers their burgers are really good...my favorite place to eat is Macaroni Grill...but if your in Farwell,Mi go to NaNas family restraunt...Mercer,pa try the hot dog hut....louisville,ky go to kingfish...enjoy your trip
