Do me a favor for the business model in Mylot!

I am enjoying mylot now. But I have been confusing that why mylot can give all his members money? Is this site a profitable company? What's the business model for it? Where does the revenue of the site come from? I even don't find some ads in the site. so why this site can give the money to us ? Anyone else can explain it briefly for me? Thanks inadvance !
