Security Jobs

How about checking with local private schools or colleges? They always have security guys. Another way may be for him to go to a temporary employment agency. Lots of times they hire on a per-job basis, and then after a while, if the company likes how he works, they might hire him for permanent. I don't work in security (nursing) but this has worked well for me in the past. Good luck!
