Hi there.
Does someone else watch this type of show too?
I discovered this summer that Power Rangers series we all used to watch in TV when we were younger are based on a type of tokusatsu (means "live action") called "Super Sentai".
This year's Super Sentai show is called "Gou Gou Sentai Boukenger" that will be the basis to the PR series that will air in America next year. Does any of you have seen them already? Or another tokusatsu's series?

i knew it since 2 years ago also. that was when Dino Thunder first aired that i found that out too! yeah, so PR really originated from Sentai (Japanese Power Rangers). but dont say Jpr because most dont like it saying that. called it Sentai! oh and the first EVER sentai that came out was like during the 70s! the next Sentai is going to be Gekiranger. its based off of cat types. and so far they dont have belts. lol, they looked horrible. but i hope the series would get a hit! and i hope Operation Overdrive do as good as Boukenger does! (which wont likely happen) :P

wow, it's good to see that there is someone interested in Super Sentai series as I do.
I had almost lost my hope of someone replying that he/she likes it.
As for your post, I didn't watched Boukenger till the last episode available yet but I hope I can do it soon.
After discovering Super Sentai, PR series just look a bit crappy, I mean, some years ago I liked it but now I don't watch it anymore, I find tokusatsu (Super Sentai in this case) series a lot better and funnier.

yeahh! I really love tokusatsu! really glad there is topic about tokusatsu here ^^
T___T why people always judge tokusatsu is only for child! I am not agree with that! just watch Garo the Makai Knight.. or whatc Ultraman Nexus.. it's not for child! ^^
yeah.. boukuranger is the type of super sentai ^^ but the most I like is not super sentai.. but Ultraman ^^ the most I like is Ultraman Gaia ^^ but I also like kamen rider.. the most is Kamen Rider Ryuuki..
