Making a submarine that is self sufficent

Has anyone made a solar powered submarine that can just "GO" on its own ? maybe stay in a particular area ? I want to make a submersable with computers in it and have it float around, and keep a WIFI connection to it. where do I go to get started on my research ?

dear u cannot make it becouse there a very low sunlight under the water so its very difficult to be powered by sun light under the water so get rid of day dreaming
