HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO drive A JET SKI AND WHAT KIND OF LICENSE, WE WILL ONLY BE DOWN IN ORANGE BEACH, FOR 3 WEEKS. WE LIVE IN GEORGIA, WHERE THE LAWS ARE DIFFERENT.

Each State is different, but the most common law states that individuals operating a jet ski must have a valid drivers license and be over the age of 16.
