What is the average time you get up in the morning. I mean during the week, not on weekends. Do you wake up without assistance or do you need an alarm.

I get up at 5am each morning (I start work at 6am so don't have any choice! lol) I always set my alarm but some mornings I do wake up a couple of minutes beforehand.
Oh, and weekends: I sleeeeeeeeep for as long as I can before my other half or the animals get me out of bed! =)
