imagine life without electricity....

of course we will survive... remember way back when there is no electricity as long as we have water to drink and food we will survive.

I was without electricity for 5 days this October after an early snowstorm. It was terrible, I don't know how the Amish people do it. No TV, no computer, no lights, no refrigerator or freezer, no microwave or stove (unless you have gas). I cooked on the gas grill outside, and was able to make instant coffee by boiling H20 on the grill - I never did care for camping, by the way! I read by candlelight a bit in the evening, and then just went to bed- what else do you do????? We certainly take things for granted!!!!

I guess If I never had it in my entire lifetime I wouldn't know what I was missing. Since I've been spoiled by it I couldn't live without it.
