When you ask a room full of five-year-olds if they can sing, almost every one in the room will say yes and try to show you. As we get older we get less and less confident and enthusiastic. Asking a room full of thirty-year-olds who can sing and you may get one person who raises his/her hand hesitantly. So, here's a challenge. Go sing a carol this season of festivities and forgiveness. Lose yourself in the joy of singing. No one will chastise you and you know the words to the songs that are sung every year. In a group or in your shower, just sing! Get your confidence and enthusiasm back!
