Do you think kids should be allowed to take days off of school?

i dont agree . i only let my kids off school if its absolutely neccessary. one of their friends never seems to be in school and shes a bright girl.i blame her mother as she doesnt get her up in the morning. this girl deserves her education.my kids moan about having to go to school but they know the rules and i hope it sets them a good example for when they go out to work.

I don't think my son needs any more days of than he already has. School started August 14th. Two weeks after school started they had one day off. Since then they had a day off in October and a week in November. Coming up they are out of school from December 22nd - January 8th for Winter break. They spend more time out of school than in school.
