So, I love the fact that they learned a VIRUS causes several types of ovarian cancer. I surely hope that this is just the beginning of a new avenue for cancer research. Are you going to get the vaccine? Our pediatrician wants my 11 year old to get the vaccine. It is really expensive but I'm sure it will be less in time. I think she is too young to have it as she isn't even in puberty yet. Do you think other cancers are caused by viruses too?

I think i would have to think hard over this before i would recomend it. I wont be having it as I have had ovarian cancer & years ago. The Cancer vaccine is an exciting first step toward something that can prevent cervical cancer. However, It has been said that larger studies are needed to confirm that the vaccine is safe and effective for healthy young women,

it seems that they are more reluctant to give it to women over 25, isn't that strange.
