you should have a job at present. that is very important. and that your job is related to the course you finished in college. i think you should atleast have 2 years of experience at your present job. then, you should be in your perfect condition.. your health is also important. look for a legal agency... an immigration agency that can help you in assisting your documents. good luck

First thing you have to check this site out. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.html - this is the canadian immigration site. If you have relatives in canada like brother, sister, parents, even brother in law, half sister, auncle, niece, cousins, etc. you can have better chances to come over here in 6 months period. You have to apply their Provincial Nomination under family member category. This visa only takes 6 months. This is the fast way to come over here in Canada. Because if you apply under Fedaral it will take you 2-3 years and fedaral is a lot stricter. Just look for Provincial Nomination and choose a province there. Then look for family member category so you can check the requirements. So far I've heard many are applying in Manitoba province. Check that out. I am in Saskatchewan right now. But if you want to live in a bigger center. Try British Columbia. It's in Vancouver but for new comer I think it would be best if you apply in a not so populated province like in Saskatchewan or Manitoba. If you don't have relatives here...then look for Provincial Nomination under skilled worker but this visa has a lot of requirements and tougher to get. Also if you don't want to apply provincial nomination under skilled worker then try live in caregivers. This one take about 1 year depending how quick you can get your employer. They have requirements for this too. I guess you need to have at least 72 units in college. Just check the site out for more info. To me, if you have relatives in canada. Apply for Provincial Nomination under family member category because once you qualify your husband and your kids will be given a visa too. You were just a primary applicant. This is the beauty of this visa. Also its fast on all the visa they offer.
