I do prefer electric fan than airconditioner
to consume lower electric bill..

yes, thats completely true. airconditioners cost so much to operate. its very expensive. but in the extreme heat where i live, its very hard not to have an airconditioner especially if you have a baby. the heat is hard on them.

definitely airconditioners. they are much better and cooler. than electric fans. fans to me just push the hot air around and if you want to get any good out of them then you have to sit directly infront of them. and since you have a child he could put his fingers in the fan and hurt himself. he won't be able to reach the airconditioner yet.
