What mininum qualification a doctor required during surgery?

im a medical student.. to be a qualified you have to get MBBS(medical bachelor and bachelor in surgery) or MD(medical doctor) you have to be patience to be doctor.. i think life as medical student is hard,and life as a doc is harder... to be doctor is not a simple think..
