Holding Breath - I can't breath!!

When I was a teenager I can hold my breath for a minute, now that i'm only swimming once a week I can only hold it for 45 seconds.

I can only hold it for about 20 seconds! Thats no that bad but my bother can hold it for one min! I DIE! LOL

Oh I am really afrid of water.So I never tested how long I can breath under water.How long you can do it.......

Never really tried this one.I am always afraid of water.But when and if i learn swimming I would want to do that.what about you ?Did you try it yet?
