do you read lengthy discussions

Now-a-days i am finding lengthy discussions which i lack patience to read. i want to know , how many are discussing on it.

I read the lengthy discussions if they are pertaining to a topic that is of interest to me. How else would you learn anything? The mindless one word discussions seem to be a waste of time. Who really cares what your favorite color is, or if you prefer Pepsi or Coke (Unless you're marketing Pepsi or Coke, I guess!!!). You may be getting impatient because you're not interested in the topic. Try discussing topics that are generated from your Interests list.

I personally prefer lengthy discussions because they actually make you think. The ones that annoy me are one-line topics that require a 1 or 2 word answer.

I agree. It's because the responses arn't all on the same page and it's a pain having to constantly go to the "Next" button. I tend to respond to the short discussions that have a few responses (or none).
