Is the number of answers you receive to a question important to you?

Or for you personally is it the quality the counts? I get a concerned if I only receive two or three replies, however, I have found the right answer for me from few replies. Does it dent your ego if you only receive two or three replies to a questions?

quality over quantity any day but more answers gives a better chance of good ones

Probably a balance of the two. I much prefer to have good responses to my discussions, which obviously adds value and interest to the topic. Nevertheless, I would prefer a decent number of responses which would demonstrate that my discussion had attracted some interest rather than just 1 or 2 good replies.
