It's officially 2 weeks until Christmas, only 14 days to go!!!
Are you ready yet? Do you celebrate Christmas? Do you think it's just a way of big companies making money on merchandising and travel, instead of the "real meaning of Christmas"?I personally don't celebrate Christmas much, I get a few small gifts for close friends and relatives, and sometimes go to my mom's or grandma's for the weekend but that's about it.
This year (because I'm flat broke) my fiance and I are getting one present each, a DVD for each of us.
My mom gave us a dining room table and 2 chairs and my sister gave us a used washine machine, two things we really needed since we just moved into our first house (vs. apt) this year.

Well I dont celebrate the religious part of Christmas. But I put up mym tree last night, and decs, have finished buying and wrapping all my presents. My Fiance is away for 6 weeks so it doesnt make me wanna celebrate too much. so my son and i will just spend night at my moms on Christmas eve and spend Christmas There

I'm sorry to hear that your fiance is away, is it for work or because he's in the Army? I hope he gets to get home soon. I hope that you have a good Christmas, I don't celebrate the religious part of it, either, mostly I just try to spend time with friends.
