When do we get paid from mylot?

I understand that it is only once you reach your minimum payout. Mine is currently $10.00. But I was wondering when exactly do we get paid? For those users who have been paid, would you mind answering the following: How much were you paid? Were you payed on the 1st of the month or the 30th? Or were you payed as soon as you reached you minimum payout?
