During Day shifts I work for 8 to 10 hours Including all breaks. But, during Night shift I work for 12 Hours.

regular working hours is usually 9 hours inclusive of breaks... but the type of my work really depends, there are times when i worked for almost 2 shifts...

in this period i don't work and so i have all my day free, but it isn't very good
