I've never experianced Poltergeist activity, but I have seen and felt a presence. I belive my husbands grandma still walks around this old house of hers.

i have wittnessed poltigiest activity, i lived in a house haunted by a young girl who would throw flower vases accros the room often landing upside down under the table it was a fascinating time
