can you swallow pills easily?

Lol.. I used to have that problem.. I would place a pill in my mouth and drink cups and cups of water with the intention of swallowing the pill but at the end, i have a bloated stomach and pill still in mouth.. So, what happens is the pill ends up disolving in my mouth.. If the pill taste good, it is ok, but most of the time, those pills are bitter ones!!! argh!! Somehow, thru time, I managed to overcome this problem.. Today, I can down pills with only a mouthfull of water.. no need for a cup full anymore.. I dunno how i overcame it.. It just happened one fine day.. lol.

Very bad at first but I have developed a technique for myself. I put the five pills in my mouth then throw the whole lot down my throat once I've put water with them. Works most of the time, with more water if it does'nt

Stop being scared. Put it in your mouth, pour water (lots) down your mouth and make sure the pill goes with it. Maybe try to cut the pill in half to make it smaller. Otherwise, your just going to have to suck it up.
