I listen to the people who want to advice. This is only listening. You cannot brush them aside. If the advises are really worthywhile implementing, I shall consider it. Otherwise, WPB (waste paper basket).

Advice is good so long as it is done in the right way, I don't like it to be more like a demand as people seem do it.
