Unlimited voice and sms (text messages)

Here in the Philippines we only have three wireless carriers for cellphone users.
All of those three offer unlimited sms and only one of them offers unlimited voice calls.
So here's the situation, the one that offers unlimited voice calls and sms has poor signal. There are times that you need to go at the top of your house or building just to get a better signal, the other two has no problem with signals but doesn't have unlimited voice calls.
So how about you guys.....share what's the situation in your place?

can't really comment bout that cause i'm your kababayan! lol! don't like suncel cause like what you've written, it has such a poor signal. i'm a globe user, dahil sa globe, posible! lol! ^^

I'm using Smart anyway. My friends told me that suncel signal is becoming better now compared to what we have few years ago.
