Ginger can relieve nausea and relieves indigestion and flatulence. It discourages blood clots, stimulates circulation and may relieve rheumatism. It also has calming, anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties.

I'd heard about the healing qualities of ginger for years but I didn't really know whether to believe it or not until I started realizing when I eat ginger cookies it actually seems to relieve my joint pain. Annie
