well yes , i work out every day , i go to the gym one hour a day , and i keep my daily diet , that`s the real secret food and working out

well since i like playing video games and not really working out when you play them i learned how to combine them in one kind of. Well i have the ab lounger and i sit it infront of the game and while different screens are loading i just work on that for a while and then when there is nothing to do i also do that it also works during commercial breaks during your favorite programs or you could also use the gazel that works alot!!

by eating healthy foods, taking essential vitamins and doing simple exercises that may strengthen the heart and flex the muscles..

Well, my body isn't actually fit - but I try. I have a chronic illness which sometimes makes it difficult to exercise. I want to walk 5 days a week but find life getting in the way. When I first started walking 3-4 days a week I lost 30 pounds. I cut back on sugary foods but I can't help but nibble at night. I also take lots of vitamins and supplements.
Bottom line, if I walked every day I would be fit, and feel better physically and emotionally.

i will be going to gym and by doing excersises i will be maintaining my physic and i also joogg in the earley mornings every and they make me very bult and i love to do excersises and jogg
