My favorite cartoon hero is Darkwing Duck. Darkwing Duck is an Emmy-nominated American animated television series produced by The Walt Disney Company that ran from 1991 to 1992 on both the syndicated programming block The Disney Afternoon and Saturday mornings on ABC. It featured an eponymous superhero anthropomorphic duck with the alter ego of Drake Mallard (voiced by Jim Cummings).
